This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support needs analysis as well as the development, logistics, and delivery of training.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees.
• Contribute to quality assurance by sharing expertise throughout the product or service delivery process.
• Analyze and assist in diagnosing issues, offering insights and formulating recommendations.
• Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to guide management decision-making.
• Make suggestions and compile reports.
• Develop and propose action plans to tackle issues.
• Create and document methods and processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years of pertinent experience.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
