šŸ“‹ Description

• Analyze and interpret operational data to ensure operations are consistent and compliant, supporting the organization’s key deliverables.

• Develop and oversee staffing models aimed at attracting and nurturing top talent, facilitating ongoing organizational growth and development.

• Coordinate the integration of resource management systems to enhance resource utilization metrics, ensuring that essential resources are available and accessible for business operations.

• Evaluate the organization’s supply needs to effectively allocate resources—such as personnel, equipment, and supplies—across various departments and facilities.

• Implement process enhancements across the organization to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

• Analyze financial data, historical trends, and operational demands to forecast resource requirements, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and the organization’s strategic goals.

• Provide management with insights on resource planning initiatives through recommendations on staffing levels, equipment utilization, and supply management to optimize resource allocation and boost operational efficiency.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting engagement, improvement, and growth to ensure high performance.

• Ensure that essential resources are readily available to achieve business objectives and enhance organizational productivity.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Verint, NICE) along with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A willingness to learn new systems and processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional development.

• Availability to work holidays and/or weekends as required.
