Lead Analyst, Pro Trade Credit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Lead Analyst, Pro Trade Credit role functions as a strategic and innovative collaborator aimed at fostering business growth.

• Responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of analysts and/or senior analysts.

• Accountable for steering the team's activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining precise trade credit transactions.

• Committed to enhancing operational processes to meet departmental objectives.

• Provide coaching to team members while supporting their development in both business and technical skills.

• Propel execution in partnership with the team on departmental and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with project/product managers, manage personal workload effectively, and present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, in addition to other accounting software programs.

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field pertinent to the position.

• Ability to foresee work requirements and engage professionally with customers.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.

• Experience in data analytics and data visualization.

• Familiarity with innovative technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in managing people or project teams.
