Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the team to guarantee that service delivery standards are upheld

• Act as the primary point of contact for team members regarding operational matters

• Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions, and conduct regular team meetings

• Assist in training new hires and supporting their transition

• Maintain documentation related to policies and processes

• Provide support to other leaders and cultivate team culture among colleagues

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders

• Suggest and implement continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

• Oversee talent retention and ensure acceptable attrition rates

• Generate reports and provide data insights on team performance

• Oversee and provide backup support for MRI-related tickets, documentation, records, testing, upgrades, requirements gathering, solution design, project deliverables, and production releases

• Execute new initiatives and process enhancements

• Keep policies and procedures current

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with MRI software; familiarity with core MRI software functionality, database structure, and table schema is desirable

• Background in finance, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Accounting background; CPA certification is not mandatory

• Knowledge and experience with SQL

• Strong communication and effective presentation skills

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage various activities and collaborate with superiors, peers, clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts

• Basic pre-employment requirements include NBI clearance, official transcript of records, and government IDs
