Senior Analyst – Artificial Intelligence Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of the AI innovation roadmap that aligns with the company's digital transformation objectives.

• Implement AI use cases focused on automation, predictive analytics, customer interaction, and operational efficiency.

• Design advanced AI agents and prompts, ensuring their integration with current systems and processes.

• Guarantee that AI solutions are scalable, dependable, compliant, and developed ethically.

• Adhere to SitusAMC's standard procedures for AI development.

• Develop test plans and engage in quality assurance, volume testing, and bias testing of AI agents.

• Create replicable AI models that can be utilized across the organization.

• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to enhance products, optimize workflows, and facilitate improved decision-making.

• Assist business personnel in progressing AI initiatives.

• Carry out additional related tasks as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2–4 years of industry experience or relevant experience, typically at the Analyst level or similar.

• A strategic mindset to align product decisions with the organization's overarching strategy.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Understanding of backlog management and prioritization methods.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their implementation in product or service development.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
