Bilingual Turkish Generalist Expert – AI Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop expert-level prompts in Turkish concerning sensitive topics.

• Utilize structured guidelines to categorize prompts and dialogues.

• Identify adversarial language and escalation trends.

• Record the rationale behind each judgment made.

• Assess and enhance the capabilities of advanced AI models in handling sensitive matters in Turkish.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent bilingual speaker in both English and Turkish.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish.

• Business-level written proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.

• Excellent written reasoning skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good judgment regarding sensitive and dual-use information.

• No prior experience in AI/ML is necessary; training will be provided.

• Preferred: Residing in Türkiye or the broader MENA region, though candidates from other locations are encouraged to apply.

• Preferred: Experience in reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical materials.

• Preferred: Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy assessment, or adversarial testing.

• Independent contractor status is required.
