Senior Analyst, Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Analyze, execute, monitor, and sustain daily Medicare Part D enrollment batch operations

• Oversee FTP and ETL processes

• Resolve job failures

• Investigate business and IT inquiries

• Develop and schedule jobs

• Provide support for production activities

• Assist with deployment of releases

• Manage requests from internal and external customers, clients, and vendors while adhering to service-level expectations

• Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams on projects, system upgrades, and maintenance tasks

• Monitor and oversee assigned projects and infrastructure updates to ensure completion

• Organize and handle daily requests to comply with service-level agreements

• Engage in a 24x7 on-call operating model

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of expertise with SSIS, SQL, DB2, UNIX, and UNIX variants in a large-scale environment

• 1–3+ years of practical knowledge of Windows Active Directory, networking protocols, batch scheduling, ETL, and FTP

• 1–3+ years of experience in application production support (Level 1–3), incident management, and enterprise-system troubleshooting

• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations procedures

• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks to achieve desired outcomes

• Ability to track and oversee projects and infrastructure updates from initiation to successful completion

• Capacity to meet or surpass service-level agreements

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with all levels of management

• Solid analytical, reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to multitask and adjust priorities according to changing business demands

• Eagerness to adhere to established procedural guidelines and continuously enhance them

• Willingness to work flexible hours during high-demand periods

• Commitment to share responsibilities in a 24x7 on-call operating model

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 1–3+ years of relevant experience
