This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Senior Analyst, AI Transformation is an active contributor who creates and implements AI-driven analytics workflows.
• This position combines analytics engineering, automation, and practical AI application.
• The individual will be directly involved in the technical execution of transformation projects.
• Develop Microsoft Fabric pipelines and integrated Lakehouse models.
• Create certified views with aligned metric definitions.
• Engineer prompts for Azure OpenAI to facilitate narrative and insight generation.
• Construct Python-based automation for reporting and compliance workflows.
• Assist self-service analytics platforms with text-to-SQL and routing logic.
• Execute automated compliance and validation checks.
• Develop signal detection and alerting pipelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI-driven programs.
• Maintain build logs and time tracking in accordance with ASC 350-40.
• Compose Copilot prompt playbooks and best practices.
• Oversee pipeline health and troubleshoot data issues.
• Support Power BI automation and DAX libraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering) or a healthcare-related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or applied AI/ML development.
• Strong skills in Python (including pandas, FastAPI, API integrations) and SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs across various database platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (including Azure Data Factory or Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure OpenAI or similar LLM APIs).
• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM integration, with a focus on structured output generation and iterative prompt refinement.
• Proficient in Power BI and DAX; capable of building and troubleshooting reports and measures programmatically.
• Background in healthcare claims data and healthcare-specific data structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and automation solutions.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to maintain clear project logs, metric definition documents, and pipeline architecture records.
