This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project implementation at a managerial level, from inception to completion;
• Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring clarity of roles, communication flow, monitoring rituals, and executive visibility;
• Manage the project with a focus on scope, milestones, key deliverables, risks, dependencies, quality, changes, acceptance criteria, and stakeholders;
• Formalize discussions, decisions, actions, pending items, and responsible parties, ensuring traceability and institutional security in all relevant interactions;
• Develop and maintain executive minutes, status reports, action plans, decision logs, risk registers, and managerial tracking materials;
• Lead follow-up meetings, governance forums, and committees, ensuring formal documentation of resolutions and next steps;
• Interface between legal business, administrative areas, technical teams, and suppliers to promote alignment and resolve impediments;
• Manage critical stakeholders, including in contexts with multiple approvers, regulatory bodies, and high institutional sensitivity;
• Monitor project progress through milestones, deliverables, indicators, risks, and critical dependencies, avoiding excessive control over the operational routines of teams;
• Anticipate deviations and blockages that could compromise timelines, scope, quality, compliance, or solution adoption;
• Support homologation processes, rollout, training, production entry, and change management, with attention to functional and institutional adherence;
• Facilitate structured escalation of critical issues, with objectivity, formal documentation, and a focus on decision-making.
• Solid experience in managing software implementation projects, process transformation, or institutional modernization initiatives;
• Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders, including business areas, technical teams, leadership, key users, and suppliers;
• Practical knowledge in scope, schedule, risk, dependency, change, communication, and project governance management;
• Experience in formalizing discussions, drafting minutes, executive reports, decision records, and conducting action plans;
• Ability to perform macro-management, tracking the project through deliverables, milestones, risks, and indicators without relying on micro-operational control;
• Knowledge of LGPD, sensitive data handling, confidentiality, and information security requirements;
• Experience with management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or equivalent;
• Ability to translate business demands into clear directives for technical areas and consolidate technical topics into executive language;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a profile for synthesis, organization, and formal documentation.
• Desired:
• Experience in implementing legal systems, document automation, procedural flows, or solutions focused on litigation;
• Experience in public agencies, Prosecutor's Offices, Public Defenders, regulatory bodies, or regulated environments;
• Knowledge of integration with judicial systems and ecosystems, such as PJe, e-SAJ, eProc, or related interoperability standards;
• Experience with hybrid management models, balancing managerial predictability with iterative development dynamics;
• Experience with go-live, stabilization, user training, functional homologation, and adoption management;
• Experience leading committees, executive forums, and formal escalation processes.
