Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Full accountability for our Amazon operations, primarily focusing on the DACH region, with potential growth into the USA.

• Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing: You will strategize, manage, and refine all Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD), including DSP, while independently handling the ad budget to achieve profit objectives (TACoS, contribution margin).

• Listing & Content Optimization: Create and continuously enhance product listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores, utilizing AI-assisted content and image creation with support from our internal design team.

• Assortment Development: Conduct independent research to identify products that align with our portfolio as “Amazon-first” offerings.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track all pertinent KPIs (TACoS, ACoS, Profit, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance) and formulate actionable insights.

• Build & Manage Your Own Freelancer Team (e.g., VAs for listing maintenance, reporting, reviews) – you will have a dedicated budget and will independently establish the team.

• Direct Collaboration with Executive Management – you will report directly to the executive team and actively contribute to shaping the Amazon strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Amazon Manager / Marketplace Manager with a verified history of managing brands generating 7-figure+ revenue.

• Extensive knowledge of Amazon PPC and the independent management of ad budgets to meet profit goals (beyond just ACoS) – performance marketing is at the core of your expertise.

• Proficient in using Helium 10, Sellerboard (or similar tools) and knowledgeable about Brand Analytics.

• Active engagement with AI tools (Claude, Nano Banana, or comparable) for content and image generation.

• Analytical, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in your work approach – you aspire to manage a business rather than merely perform tasks.

• Fluent in German and possess strong English skills to effectively utilize tools, platforms, and collaborate with international freelancers.
