Senior ALM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients in a consultative manner to identify project requirements and conduct needs analysis.

• Assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls aligned with their business practices, recommending best practices, and ensuring client approval on setup.

• Perform data analysis and mapping tasks for assigned applications when applicable.

• Offer on-site or remote support during client conversions as necessary.

• Validate the input, output, and connectivity of new systems.

• Identify, investigate, and help resolve any issues using technical resources.

• Lead validation work sessions for converted databases with clients as needed.

• Communicate the project's scope, status, and risks to all stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a relevant field, ideally within a financial institution or an industry software company.

• Experience in client-facing service roles is essential.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in software implementation, support, or training.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with Finastra Fusion Risk ARC or similar products is a plus.
