This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take a key role in promoting the adoption of Tricentis Enterprise solutions among designated System Integrators.
• Work closely with major alliances to nurture strategic partnerships and stimulate revenue growth.
• Develop joint strategic plans, advocate for the Tricentis platform, and uncover new business prospects.
• Build and enhance partnerships with essential System Integrators across Quality Engineering, Enterprise Application practices, and industry-specific practices.
• Collaborate and align efforts with Tricentis GSI Alliance Directors and Partner Managers located globally.
• Formulate detailed joint strategic plans with alliance managers and directors, specifying business objectives, priorities, and investment needs.
• Establish and manage presales and delivery enablement strategies for all primary Tricentis products.
• Act as the main representative for Tricentis within the GSI community in India, engaging with partner executives.
• Partner with sales teams and Tricentis Partner Managers to seize revenue opportunities.
• Design and implement effective outreach and partner-driven sales initiatives.
• Build extensive partner networks at both field and executive levels.
• Organize and conduct regional workshops focused on delivering business and technical value propositions.
• Maintain a precise pipeline of all opportunities within CRM in coordination with global partner managers.
• Consistently exceed performance quotas and targets, showcasing a strong dedication to achieving and surpassing regional objectives.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships or channel management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.
• Experience within a Global System Integrator.
• Background as an Alliance Manager supporting a Global System Integrator.
• Demonstrated success in developing and overseeing strategic partnerships.
• Experience in software, SaaS, ERPs, DevOps, and Application Implementations/Migration Services.
• Quality assurance experience is an advantage.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong executive presence, including excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both large and small audiences.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, adaptable, with unquestionable ethics and integrity, and readiness to take calculated risks.
