Senior AI/ML Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and train machine learning models employing a variety of algorithms and techniques (e.g., neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning).

• Customize pre-trained Generative AI models or fine-tune them for specific tasks or domains to ensure peak performance.

• Create effective prompts and methodologies to steer Generative AI models in producing high-quality outputs.

• Enhance AI algorithms for improved performance, efficiency, and scalability.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI while investigating new techniques and applications.

• Collaborate closely with diverse teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers) to embed AI solutions within existing products or services.

• Adhere to ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and addressing bias and fairness in AI implementations.

• Partner with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and devise AI solutions that provide tangible benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS /M.Tech or an equivalent degree in the Computer Science field.

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 2 years in AI.

• Demonstrated success in managing AI projects from initial concept through to successful deployment.

• Strong programming capabilities, ideally in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks.

• Experience with cloud services such as Azure for deploying machine learning models and utilizing cloud-based machine learning offerings.

• Familiarity with relational databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools for the containerization and orchestration of machine learning applications.

• Knowledge or experience in AI frameworks and technologies, such as GANs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.

• Practical experience in developing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models, preferably Azure OpenAI.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
