Senior AI/ML Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and data collection to production deployment and post-launch assessment.

• Develop well-structured, efficient, and testable code that integrates seamlessly into existing product codebases.

• Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely link LLMs with proprietary data sources and internal tools.

• Define and create Generative AI solutions utilizing a combination of SaaS (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and Open Source technologies.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to scale and monitor AI solutions in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production ML/AI engineering capacity.

• Demonstrated proficiency in writing production-level Python code and deploying ML models at scale.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and a proven record of continuous learning within the fast-paced AI industry.

• Practical experience in building and deploying applications with various LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock).

• Familiarity with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral), including their deployment and/or fine-tuning.

• Proven capability to transition AI features from prototype to production.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud deployment.

• Comprehensive ML experience covering all lifecycle aspects: data, training/prompting, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
