Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Manage 1–2 series concurrently (10–15 episodes per series, approximately 1 minute per episode, plus a trailer).

• Utilize our in-house AI copilot for maintaining character consistency, casting, and generating trailers.

• Direct, edit, and finalize each episode independently. You will write scripts and contribute to the storytelling and craftsmanship.

• We will provide training in AI content creation. If you possess a robust background in film editing, you will adapt quickly.

• Collaborate with our team of AI content creators, the tech team, fellow short film directors, and our executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.

• Strong scripting instincts, including the ability to create hooks, cliffhangers, and manage minute-to-minute escalation.

• Familiarity with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance. We will help you become an expert quickly.

• Experience with vertical drama platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset – we are moving quickly and need individuals who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• A strong focus on speed, performance, and iteration.

• Humble and willing to learn, open to constructive feedback.
