Senior AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement custom AI agents, LLM pipelines, and system integrations from the ground up.

• Construct sales automation tools aimed at lead generation, tailored outreach, and pipeline management.

• Streamline financial processes, including timesheet reconciliation, invoicing verification, and P&L reporting.

• Build talent and web sourcing pipelines, content engines, and design automation solutions.

• Analyze internal workflows and collaborate with the CEO to prioritize high-return projects.

• Assess operational time savings.

• Set up the technical framework to recruit, mentor, and guide an AI team as the function evolves.

• Achieve quantifiable hours and cost reductions across various departments.

• Expedite the transition of working AI proofs of concept into production.

• Play a key role in margin enhancement and provide sales support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in deploying live AI workflows/agents.

• A portfolio review will be required during the interview process.

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, and/or AutoGen.

• Experience with APIs.

• Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n and Make.

• Capability to transform business challenges into high-return technical developments.

• A self-motivated individual who flourishes in end-to-end ownership, from the initial concept to production code.

• A CV and examples of AI projects developed are mandatory with the application.
