• Collaborate in defining the technical strategy and architecture of agentic systems, assisting in translating evolving requirements into effective, scalable solutions.
• Create and execute agentic workflows that facilitate two-way interactions among humans, agents, and internal systems.
• Develop and manage workflow logic using tools and frameworks such as Zapier combined with code, n8n (or similar), APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate to weave people-centric agentic workflows into a unified and dependable entry-point experience.
• Provide a technical viewpoint on early-stage concepts and prototypes, aiding in the evaluation of feasibility, trade-offs, and routes to production.
• Assist in advancing initial implementations into more resilient, maintainable, and production-ready systems.
• Help establish and document patterns that ensure reliability, observability, and safe failure in agentic workflows.
• Ensure that implementations are consistent with established trust models, escalation protocols, and human-in-the-loop principles.
• Engage directly with LLMs, prompts, and agent behavior to prioritize accuracy, clarity, and human accountability.
• Assess and integrate tools, frameworks, and platforms that support agentic patterns as the system evolves.
• Contribute to and document shared standards and practices for AI-augmented systems at Orium.
• Design and refine retrieval and indexing strategies (e.g., RAG, structured knowledge sources) to guarantee that agents function with accurate, relevant, and current context.
• Experience in building, integrating, or supporting AI / LLM-driven systems, with a focus on reliability, validation, and safe failure.
• Proven track record of transitioning systems from prototype to production, including architecture definition, managing trade-offs, and ensuring reliability at scale.
• Extensive experience in developing backend systems, workflows, or integrations, including APIs, event-driven systems, and automation frameworks.
• Proficient with orchestration tools and workflow engines (e.g., Zapier combined with code, n8n, Temporal, Airflow, or similar), including extending platforms with custom logic as necessary.
• Experience in designing or contributing to system architecture, especially in integration-heavy or distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/Typescript, including building and deploying backend services, integrations, or extensions to facilitate workflow and automation systems.
• Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous problem areas, helping to define the way forward instead of waiting for fully specified requirements.
• A strong collaborator who enjoys working alongside product, domain, and systems owners.
• Compensation will be provided in MXN, aligned with local market standards and the employment model.
• Final compensation will take into account experience, skills, location, internal equity, and business requirements.
• We offer reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process in accordance with applicable local laws.
