Senior AI Systems Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows across various phases of the software development lifecycle, from defining requirements to maintenance and system evolution.

• Create architectures centered around autonomous agents, advocating for an AI-first methodology in Software Engineering.

• Develop, enhance, and oversee specialized agents for development, QA, DevOps, Product Management, and operational support tasks.

• Establish context management strategies, optimize tokens, and engage in prompt engineering to enhance the effectiveness of AI models.

• Organize and maintain knowledge bases, technical documentation, and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), ensuring information consistency and reuse by agents.

• Formulate evaluation processes (Evals) to assess agent quality, precision, and behavior, mitigating hallucinations and fostering ongoing enhancement.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, architectural standards, and security protocols.

• Serve as a technical authority on the advancement of AI platforms and ecosystems utilized in software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering.

• Proven track record in designing distributed architectures, system integration, and establishing engineering standards.

• Familiarity with agentic workflows, AI engineering, or the integration of Artificial Intelligence within the software development lifecycle.

• Proficient in prompt engineering, context management, and optimizing interactions with LLMs.

• Capability to convert business rules and technical insights into structured flows and heuristics for AI agents.

• Understanding of systems architecture, APIs, microservices, and best practices in software development.

• Experience in observability, monitoring, and analyzing system behavior.

• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and strategic foresight.

• Proficient in advanced English for reviewing technical documentation and crafting prompts.
