Senior AI Solutions Engineer, Python, AWS Bedrock

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI-driven automation solutions utilizing AWS Bedrock.

• Develop and manage AI agents capable of executing IT help desk operations.

• Establish integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs.

• Automate processes for ticket triage, routing, and access request workflows.

• Construct serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda and Step Functions.

• Connect AI workflows with KACE, Okta, Azure AD, and other similar enterprise platforms.

• Design cloud-native solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to enhance AI agent efficacy.

• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python development.

• Practical experience with AWS cloud services.

• Background in developing cloud-native applications.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Agile work environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
