Senior AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• AI Configuration: Innovate, prompt, and tailor custom AI Agents for seamless integration into the claims process. This encompasses co-pilot assistance for adjuster guidance, analysis of Photos & Documents (data extraction, summarization, automation), and creating code-free AI Agent workflows.

• Architect and Build: Actively develop the leading operational flows in the industry by leveraging Snapsheet’s Claim Platform alongside cutting-edge AI and automation tools, establishing objective metrics to demonstrate impact and ROI, and assisting customers in adopting these new processes throughout their organizations.

• Client Advisement: Operate in a strategic, account management capacity, facilitating weekly client meetings to identify operational challenges, desired outcomes, and roadmap priorities.

• Technical Unblocking: Proactively eliminate customer bottlenecks related to AI configurations, prompting strategies, and system parameters (e.g., model settings, context window data).

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary link between the client, engineering, and support teams. Transform customer needs into actionable feature requests and act as the first point of technical support for the engineering team.

• Consultative Strategy: Offer expert recommendations on system setups and AI usage to enhance value, automation, and efficiency for the customer's claims organization.

• Continuous Improvement: Deliver internal feedback on current AI features and actively participate in the design and execution of new capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

• 3-5+ years of pertinent experience within P&C claim organizations or collaborating with them.

• Strong comprehension of P&C claims processes from an operational standpoint.

• Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management position, employing a consultative approach to ensure client success.

• High technical aptitude with a keen interest in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation.

• Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Critical thinker, self-motivated, and exceptionally organized in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications: Practical experience in deploying AI solutions within insurance or claims operational settings. Direct involvement with AI prompting, configuring system prompts, and managing context windows. Experience in configuring SaaS platforms, complex workflow engines, or CRM architectures.
