Senior AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of software design and architecture, making crucial technical decisions that support the company's growth.

• Develop and deploy production-level code for various features and bug fixes.

• Identify and resolve technical or inter-team obstacles.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams to create solutions aligned with company objectives.

• Lead projects from conception to execution with minimal supervision.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI-centric development practices within the engineering team.

• Contribute to the development of new platforms and product offerings as the architecture progresses.

• Report directly to the Head of AI Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Practical experience in developing AI-driven workflows and software solutions.

• Familiarity with AWS and GCP platforms.

• Strong skills in an object-oriented programming language.

• Experience in database design and scalability.

• Proven track record in software performance enhancement and optimization.

• Experience in a highly regulated sector (such as healthcare or finance).

• Knowledge of event-driven architecture or CQRS.

• Solid foundation in core computer science principles and algorithmic reasoning.

• An agile, systems-oriented thinker capable of diagnosing complex issues and driving solutions using first-principles logic.

• Self-motivated: able to determine task requirements, engage relevant parties for necessary information, and execute tasks from start to finish.
