This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain agentic workflows that enhance business-critical operations and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to Atlas by creating reusable skills, managing agent definitions, and refining the context and evaluation framework that facilitates scalable AI integration.

• Set standards for evaluation, observability, and reliability within agentic systems, encompassing regression testing, tracing, and implementation of guardrails.

• Work collaboratively with Product Management, Product Design, and business stakeholders to convert complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous iteration.

• Foster ongoing improvements throughout the engineering stack, focusing on performance optimization, reliability, testing, and CI/CD practices.

• Mentor fellow engineers and promote a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and responsible AI practices.

• Facilitate architectural discussions and technical decision-making for AI and platform engineering projects.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software development.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in delivering production AI/ML systems, including applications powered by LLM and agentic workflows.

• Familiarity with contemporary agent frameworks, retrieval architectures, and evaluation practices for AI systems.

• Practical experience utilizing AI coding assistants and developer tools within engineering workflows.

• Proficient with Amazon Web Services, event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Experience in Real Estate, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments is preferred.
