Senior AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create software solutions by analyzing information needs, consulting with users, examining systems flow, data utilization, and work processes; explore problem areas; and adhere to the software development lifecycle.

• Oversee system installations and upgrades.

• Define system specifications and requirements.

• Enhance system performance through systems analysis and suggest policy and procedure modifications.

• Gather, analyze, and summarize issues related to development and service.

• Work alongside a Joint Development Team (JDT) to ensure alignment with the CLIENT’s IT roadmap and stakeholder needs.

• Deploy, integrate, and operate the CLIENT’s AI solutions across enterprise cloud and technology platforms securely, efficiently, and seamlessly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a similar field.

• DHS or FEMA clearance is required.

• 5–10 years of experience in software development, scripting, and project management.

• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

• Extensive knowledge of relational databases.

• Practical experience in developing applications using various frameworks.

• Proficient in software engineering tools and software architecture.

• Skilled in full-stack development approaches and programming languages such as PERN, including PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

• Experience with infrastructure coding tools like Terraform.

• Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and git-based code management.

• Experience in integrating observability tools into software engineering processes.

• Preferred: experience with AI/ML platforms and services across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI features in SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow Now Assist and CRM software like Einstein AI.
