Senior AI Project Manager, CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee software and AI/GenAI delivery projects, ensuring they align with defined scope, timelines, and customer expectations.

• Develop and sustain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and essential delivery documentation.

• Relay project status, risks, and dependencies to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in managing escalations with professionalism and prompt follow-through.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Play a role in the adoption of PMO best practices and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Modify project plans in response to shifting priorities or customer demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects.

• Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Familiarity with technical, SaaS, and/or AI/GenAI project settings.

• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and risk management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI preferred).

• PMP certification is preferred.
