Senior AI Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale, intricate, or highly-visible client implementations from start to finish, outlining strategy, sequencing, and execution methods.

• Identify potential risks early and proactively initiate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure coherence among client and internal stakeholders by collaborating with technical, product, and client success teams.

• Influence implementation decisions and trade-offs, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and enhance solution strategies, including detailed configurations and edge scenarios.

• Enhance operational procedures and lead the development of test cases prior to customer handoff.

• Create and revise documentation quality and standards across various projects.

• Ensure that implementations satisfy banking-specific operational, compliance, and user experience requirements.

• Provide clients with guidance on best practices.

• Mentor and assist fellow Implementation Managers.

• Initiate improvements to implementation processes, tools, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• PMP certification and/or MBA is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional, client-facing projects.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort in working with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.

• Familiarity with conversational AI, IVR, or contact center technology is advantageous.

• Previous experience with financial institutions, particularly credit unions and community banks, is strongly preferred.

• Ability to influence without direct authority and foster alignment across teams.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently in uncertain, fast-paced environments.
