Senior AI Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• AI Configuration: Create, prompt, and set up tailored AI Agents to integrate smoothly into the claims process. This encompasses a co-pilot for adjuster guidance, analysis of Photos & Documents (data extraction, summarization, automation), and the development of code-less AI Agent workflows.

• Architect and Build: Actively design the industry's leading operational workflows using Snapsheet’s Claim Platform alongside the latest AI and automation tools, establishing objective metrics to demonstrate impact and ROI, while assisting customers in adopting these innovative processes throughout their organizations.

• Client Advisement: Function in a strategic, account management role, facilitating weekly client meetings to identify operational challenges, desired results, and roadmap priorities.

• Technical Unblocking: Proactively resolve customer bottlenecks associated with AI configurations, prompting techniques, and system parameters (e.g., model settings, context window data).

• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary link between the client, engineering, and support teams. Translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests and act as the first point of technical support for the engineering team.

• Consultative Strategy: Provide expert recommendations on system configurations and AI applications to enhance value, automation, and efficiency for the client's claims organization.

• Continuous Improvement: Offer internal feedback on current AI features and actively participate in the design and implementation of new capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• 3-5+ years of pertinent experience working for or with property and casualty (P&C) claim organizations.

• Strong comprehension of P&C claims processes from an operational perspective.

• Experience in a B2B client-facing or account management role, adopting a consultative approach to ensure client success.

• High technical aptitude with a keen interest in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation.

• Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Critical thinker, self-motivated, and exceptionally organized in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications: Practical experience implementing AI solutions within insurance or claims operational settings. Direct involvement with AI prompting, configuring system prompts, and managing context windows. Experience in configuring SaaS platforms, complex workflow engines, or CRM architectures.
