This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Take the lead on “Customer Zero”: implement, set up, and pilot Qira for Enterprise within Lenovo, fostering genuine adoption and identifying requirements from actual use.
• Conduct enterprise pilots, proofs of concept, and demonstrations; set up enterprise functionalities and troubleshoot directly across identity, deployment, and workflow scenarios.
• Take responsibility for solution design pertaining to enterprise workflow automation use cases, linking Qira with the systems utilized by employees and IT teams regularly.
• Collaborate with CIO, CISO, and IT administrator stakeholders regarding security stance, deployment and configuration models, integration strategies, and manageability.
• Convert enterprise customer requirements into actionable engineering input, and relay on-the-ground feedback to the engineering team during the development process.
• Assist in commercial alignment and prepare for go-to-market activities (previews, pilots, and general availability milestones), working closely with sales and commercial teams.
• Provide light project and program management throughout enterprise pilots and rollouts: coordinate cross-functional workstreams, monitor milestones, timelines, and dependencies, while ensuring alignment among engineering, commercial, and customer stakeholders.
• Create demo environments, reference configurations, and enablement resources that expedite enterprise evaluations.
• Advocate for the customer's technical perspective within engineering, while credibly representing engineering’s capabilities to customers.
• Over 12 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales/pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing enterprise software engineering.
• Proven technical skills to configure, integrate, demonstrate, and troubleshoot enterprise software, rather than a solely commercial or account management background.
• Experience in engaging with enterprise IT stakeholders (CIO/CISO/IT administrators) and conducting pilots or proofs of concept.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to seamlessly transition between technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity and SSO (SAML, OAuth, RBAC) and/or workflow automation and iPaaS platforms like Workato.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based products and intelligent workflow applications.
• Proven track record of executing B2B pilots, beta deployments, or “customer zero”/internal adoption initiatives.
• Understanding of commercial aspects, comfortable contributing to positioning, business cases, and discussions with CIOs and CISOs.
• Experience in project or program management (formal or informal): skilled in coordinating cross-functional workstreams, timelines, and dependencies to ensure project progress.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment considerations (BYOC, on-premises, data residency).
