Senior AI Engineer – TS, Vue, NodeJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven functionalities: including code generation, intelligent node creation, and optimizing workflows.

• Integrate LLM APIs and embedding models to facilitate text-to-workflow transitions and provide natural language code suggestions.

• Create and refine prompts to enhance model output and improve user experience.

• Develop internal tools, evaluation benchmarks, and automated testing frameworks for AI components.

• Work collaboratively with fellow engineers to ensure that AI features are dependable, efficient, and scalable.

• Maintain a balance between experimentation and impact: deliver quickly while prioritizing user value.

• Keep abreast of advancements in LLMs, prompt frameworks, and developer tools, and incorporate these insights into our strategic roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing web-based products, preferably within B2B SaaS startups.

• Proficient fullstack development skills in TypeScript, Node.js, and API design.

• Experience in deploying AI-powered features in production utilizing LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and the ability to translate machine intelligence into user value. We seek candidates with experience in developing end-to-end systems.

• A solid understanding of AI fundamentals: including agent architectures, chat completion roles, embedding vectors, vector databases, and chunking strategies.

• Practical experience with prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector storage solutions.

• A user-centric approach: you are committed to delivering features that effectively address real-world problems.

• A proactive attitude towards shipping and learning—rapid iteration is second nature to you.
