Senior AI Engineer – Multi-Agent Frameworks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain a robust platform that enables users to design and manage AI agents along with their interactions.

• Integrate and collaborate with various LLMs, ensuring smooth orchestration and scalability for both standalone and coordinated agent activities.

• Utilize orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and others to construct intricate workflows and pipelines that support a variety of agent functionalities, including frameworks for multi-agent coordination.

• Develop and execute evaluation frameworks to assess AI agents in challenging and complex scenarios, emphasizing individual performance and system-level dynamics.

• Remain at the cutting edge of AI advancements, integrating the latest research and technologies into our platform to boost agent capabilities and collaboration.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and frontend engineers, to provide a seamless user experience for creating and deploying intelligent systems.

• Tackle complex AI privacy challenges, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and best practices in agent-based applications.

• Contribute to enhancing search capabilities and integrating them into the AI platform to grant agents essential access to information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with multiple LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) and a solid understanding of their strengths and limitations.

• Proficiency in orchestration software like LangGraph or similar frameworks utilized for constructing and managing agent workflows.

• Strong experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems, particularly in complex testing environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, with an emphasis on backend engineering.

• Enthusiasm for keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI and applying them to real-world challenges, especially in the domain of agent technologies.

• Experience with complex AI privacy scenarios, including data anonymization, secure data management, and compliance.

• Familiarity with search technologies and their integration into AI systems.

• Experience in building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Multi-Agent Systems.
