
Senior AI Engineer – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Create and develop AI-driven systems for account segmentation, enrichment, scoring, prioritization, and detection of buying signals.
• Design and implement agentic workflows for account research, outbound personalization, call summarization, and CRM maintenance.
• Produce high-quality code and establish integrations, data pipelines, and services.
• Transition solutions from prototype stage to dependable daily operations.
• Enhance systems for quality, latency, and cost through careful evaluation, prompt design, model selection, routing, caching, context management, and token optimization.
• Establish effective patterns for AI systems, including monitoring, guardrails, documentation, and metrics for business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to address high-value challenges and create practical AI solutions.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of systems, focusing on evaluation, observability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Extensive experience in software engineering.
• Capability to independently navigate a problem from technical design to production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is particularly important.
• Practical experience in developing applications with large language models, APIs, retrieval systems, agents, or other applied AI technologies.
• Comprehension of evaluating and managing AI systems in a production environment.
• Ability to mitigate hallucination risks, manage latency, ensure reliability, and control context limits and variable model costs.
• Experience with both structured and unstructured data.
• Background in building integrations and transforming information from various sources into functional systems.
• Familiarity with ICP, segmentation, pipeline, buyer intent, and sales workflows.
• Direct experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to engage directly with users, navigate ambiguity, and balance speed, quality, and maintainability.
