Senior AI Engineer – GenAI, Agentic Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop machine learning models from the ground up or enhance current models.

• Work in collaboration with the engineering team, data scientists, and product managers on production-level models.

• Establish a roadmap for experimentation.

• Create and sustain a reproducible experimentation environment along with maintaining experimentation pipelines.

• Oversee and ensure the performance of machine learning models in production.

• Produce clear and detailed documentation regarding ML models, processes, and pipelines.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, and suggest innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in standard machine learning algorithms and their mathematical foundations.

• Significant hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) in production, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture, and agentic systems.

• Experience with AWS Bedrock is highly preferred.

• Practical experience in addressing classification and regression tasks, including feature engineering.

• Proven experience with machine learning models in a production setting.

• Familiarity with one or more use cases such as natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, and recommendation engines.

• Strong software engineering capabilities, including the ability to create well-structured modules rather than just notebook scripts.

• Proficient in Python and Docker.

• English proficiency at a strong upper-intermediate level.
