Senior AI Engineer, Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Technical Consulting: Spearhead comprehensive ML implementations in collaboration with clients, converting business challenges into effective technical solutions.

• MLOps and Pipelines: Design, construct, and uphold production-ready ML pipelines with a keen emphasis on CI/CD, automation, and scalability.

• GenAI and NLP Deployment: Deploy and enhance state-of-the-art Generative AI applications (such as LLMs and RAG) in active production environments.

• Infrastructure and Data Scale: Oversee the foundational infrastructure utilizing Docker, pipeline orchestrators, and distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark.

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively convey technical insights, suggestions, and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining ML models in a live production setting (Mandatory)

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing consulting or Solutions Architect position

• In-depth knowledge of the MLOps lifecycle (model versioning, testing, monitoring, and automated deployment)

• Strong practical experience with containerization (Docker) and data pipeline orchestration

• Documented success in deploying Generative AI and NLP solutions for client applications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
