This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and establish connections between AI agents and essential business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and other internal platforms by utilizing APIs, events, and webhooks.
• Utilize modern AI coding tools like Cursor and Codex to speed up development, generate boilerplate code, troubleshoot issues, and refactor efficiently.
• Quickly prototype and deploy AI-driven internal tools in a fast-paced environment, progressing from concept to production while exercising sound engineering judgment.
• Analyze, comprehend, and improve existing internal codebases, incorporating AI functionalities into legacy systems without interrupting production processes.
• Design sophisticated RAG pipelines and agentic workflows that infuse context-aware intelligence into internal knowledge and operational systems.
• Apply thorough evaluation and testing methodologies for AI outputs to guarantee that speed does not undermine accuracy, security, or trustworthiness.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Support colleagues in design and coding best practices, including conducting code reviews, maintaining documentation, and implementing sustainable coding patterns.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team and related groups to ensure that AI integrations are consistent with the wider digital ecosystem.
• Oversee the resolution of production issues in AI-enhanced workflows, conduct root-cause analysis, and contribute to the development of support-ready systems.
• Over 8 years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• More than 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong background in building integrations utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware technologies.
• Proven expertise in AI-augmented programming and vibe coding, applying LLMs to write code, rapidly explore new libraries, and automate repetitive engineering tasks.
• Exceptional capability to navigate existing codebases in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, grasp the underlying logic, and safely implement enhancements or integrations.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, prompt engineering, and RAG design methodologies.
• Experience in designing or contributing to agentic workflows and context-aware AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand system operations without relying on perfect documentation.
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities.
