Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions into current business workflows to provide measurable value.

• Design, architect, implement, and deploy traditional software applications along with GenAI agents.

• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define the use case, gather requirements, establish success criteria, and create an intuitive, high-quality user experience.

• Lead impactful initiatives across various business functions, including Manufacturing, Legal, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales.

• Mentor and assist in accelerating the work of junior developers while promoting collaboration, teamwork, and a pair-programming culture.

• Work with related teams (e.g., Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Office 365) to navigate approvals, architecture, security, and governance reviews.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of deployed applications, including debugging, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing improvements driven by user feedback and advancing technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

• Over 8 years of advanced backend development experience with Python and JavaScript.

• At least 2 years of experience designing, coding (in Python), and deploying custom and complex GenAI solutions and multi-agent GenAI systems in production.

• Minimum of 2 years of UI and frontend development experience using React.js, TypeScript, and HTML.

• Strong hands-on experience in designing and building GenAI architectures and multi-agent systems, including embeddings, advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and various search architectures.

• Candidates must be able to clearly articulate solutions they have developed using hybrid search, agentic search, vector search, and full-text search architectures.

• Proven experience in developing, deploying, and evaluating GenAI solutions, with a solid understanding of evaluation frameworks (evals) and a demonstrated ability to optimize the cost-to-performance ratio of production AI applications.

• Strong proficiency with Pydantic models, including knowing when and how to utilize them to design robust, scalable, and maintainable GenAI architectures and workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills, particularly with non-technical users; demonstrated ability to translate user needs into technical specifications and regularly communicate progress to a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
