Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and manage AI systems that address real-world business challenges at Finom.

• Transition from prototypes to fully-fledged production: refining solutions, constructing systems, and enhancing them over time.

• Engage in high-impact projects across multiple domains, including onboarding and customer support.

• Build scalable and dependable inference pipelines.

• Participate in decisions regarding the AI platform and associated tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in constructing and deploying AI systems in a production environment.

• Strong foundation in Python and software engineering principles.

• Practical experience with LLM applications, such as RAG and prompt engineering.

• Capability to design effective evaluation, monitoring, and ongoing improvement mechanisms.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment strategies.

• Proficient in English.
