Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain a robust and scalable backend architecture utilizing Python.

• Utilize generative AI technologies to improve client products, delivering innovative solutions and tools.

• Expertise in Generative AI technical stacks and strategies (LLMs, RAG, Fine Tuning, Chain of Thought, etc.) and their integration into client products.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs, provide regular progress updates, and collect feedback to enhance product features.

• Maintain code quality, readability, and performance by following best practices and performing code reviews.

• Develop and manage detailed documentation for backend services and generative AI integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in development using Python, C#, or Java.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing backend architecture.

• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their role in product development.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
