Senior AI & Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of key components within the AI architecture.

• Design and create scalable AI agent systems, focusing on multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines, and tool utilization.

• Ensure the reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring, and implementing guardrails.

• Enhance LLM systems by working on prompting, fine-tuning, tooling, memory management, and orchestration.

• Develop frameworks for observability and evaluation, including regression tests for AI.

• Collaborate closely with Business and Product teams to create significant impacts on processes and revenue.

• Make strategic technical decisions that will have a long-lasting influence on architecture, technology stack, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in AI or LLM environments.

• Exceptional Python programming skills, particularly with Django or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, etc., and experience in AI system design.

• Knowledge of evaluation methodologies and observability practices.

• Understanding the principles of making AI systems reliable, including the trade-offs between speed and quality.
