This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and implement production-ready AI agents that facilitate essential workflows throughout the organization.
• Provide cost-efficient, secure, and scalable solutions that integrate smoothly into business operations.
• Quickly prototype, test, and enhance agents to ensure optimal performance and user adoption.
• Create evaluation datasets, assess outcomes, and optimize for both functionality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to pinpoint areas where AI can provide significant value.
• Redesign workflows with agents at the forefront, balancing innovation with an understanding of change management.
• Share practical expertise, frameworks, and tools that empower colleagues across CrowdStrike to develop superior agents.
• Continuously assess new AI capabilities, frameworks, and standards, adapting solutions to ensure lasting impact, security, and scalability.
• Strong expertise in Python (or similar programming languages) with hands-on experience in building and deploying production AI/ML applications and workflows.
• Profound knowledge of large language models and contemporary AI systems, with a demonstrated ability to design, build, and optimize practical agent solutions.
• A strong desire to create, iterate, and deliver tangible solutions—not merely strategy or advisory work.
• Awareness of emerging standards, risks, and guidelines for responsible AI agent development.
• Comfort in a rapidly changing AI landscape, with the capacity to adapt and pivot as tools and methodologies evolve.
• Ability to comprehend enterprise workflows and design AI solutions that align with business objectives.
• Proven track record of collaborating across functions and translating technical solutions into clear business value.
