This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop AI capabilities utilizing our cloud closing agent, Pronto.
• Design and implement connectors and integrations to make company data accessible to AI systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Snowflake, Confluence, and more.
• Construct and sustain knowledge base pipelines, MCP integrations, and API connections that empower AI tools throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with security and data governance to guarantee that integrations are secure and suitable.
• Assist internal teams in establishing their own AI-driven data sources, automated workflows, and internal tools using rapid application building tools.
• Create templates, guidelines, and foundational elements that enable non-engineers to experiment safely.
• Contribute to our internal automation platform by utilizing tools such as AWS Bedrock, n8n, and custom-built solutions.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and engineering lead to pinpoint the most impactful opportunities.
• Deliver quickly, assess outcomes (such as time saved, reduction in errors, and adoption rates), and iterate based on insights gained.
• Maintain curiosity about emerging tools and techniques and apply them judiciously to enhance our engineering output.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in developing AI tools utilized in a commercial setting.
• Robust full-stack expertise in TypeScript.
• Frontend proficiency with Next.js or React for engineer-facing interfaces.
• Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience in deploying containerized software to Kubernetes.
• Comfortable with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and AI application patterns.
• Experience in designing and implementing API integrations.
• A self-starter who takes comprehensive ownership from problem identification to design, implementation, monitoring, and iteration.
