AI Engineer – Munich, Mobile Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and shape the technical direction of the conversational AI solution (KIRA)

• Oversee delivery and guide the engineering team

• Ensure exceptional German-language conversational interactions

• Establish the technical groundwork for enhanced AI capabilities

• Design the technical framework of the conversational AI solution

• Engage in practical tasks related to prompt engineering, orchestration design, and evaluation

• Set and enforce standards for prompting, prompt versioning, evaluation, and quality assurance

• Create scalable AI architecture

• Make decisions regarding build versus buy options

• Contribute to the strategic technical roadmap for AI capabilities

• Collaborate intensively with the Product Owner

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with agentic AI/GenAI systems

• Advanced prompt engineering skills, preferably in a German-language environment

• Proven experience in designing and constructing scalable software architectures and APIs

• Demonstrated success in owning delivery

• Player-coach approach: write code while providing technical and delivery leadership

• Ability to convert product requirements into effective technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills
