Senior AI Engineer – AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and take responsibility for comprehensive, AI-driven internal applications, encompassing backend services, APIs, data storage, and user-facing interfaces.

• Build tailored agentic solutions that utilize cutting-edge AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and scale business operations.

• Integrate with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of their objectives, limitations, and key performance indicators, then convert those requirements into technical solutions with defined success metrics.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, including technical design, architectural choices, scoping, delivery, iterations, and ongoing support.

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to broaden their understanding of AI capabilities and assist in formulating more ambitious solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience in developing scalable web applications, services, and APIs.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python, with a comfort level for working across the stack, including frontend development (React or similar frameworks).

• Experience in building backend systems, engaging with various data stores such as Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, Redis, and designing APIs.

• Proven curiosity and practical experience with AI tools and applications—leveraging modern AI models, agentic IDEs, or creating AI-enabled workflows or prototypes.

• High levels of ownership and initiative, with the capability to work independently in unclear problem environments.

• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
