Senior AI Engineer – Agent Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of a production-grade AI-Agent platform utilizing PydanticAI, LiteLLM, and Langfuse RAG pipelines with pgvector at scale.

• Implementation of multi-tenant isolation, index-rebuilding strategies, and hybrid search capabilities.

• Establishment of a multi-tenant token-quota service along with evaluation frameworks tailored for each tenant.

• Integration of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool as a primary component.

• Provision of explainable outputs and comprehensive audit trails from prompt to output, catering to regulated industries.

• Architectural choices crafted to perform effectively within banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python production engineering.

• Proven experience in real production LLM settings where tokens, latency, costs, and evaluations are everyday challenges.

• Expertise in RAG engineering, including pgvector sizing and re-ranking—not merely familiarity with LangChain.

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, PydanticAI, or a similar agent framework.

• Familiarity with LiteLLM, Langfuse, MCP, or a readiness to learn about them within a two-week timeframe.
