Senior AI Developer – Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

• Collaborate with the CIO and relevant stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and define AI/ML/GenAI use cases.

• Develop prototypes and deliver proofs-of-concept for innovative AI technologies.

• Convert validated proofs-of-concept into comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.

• Construct and sustain semantic/domain models.

• Create AI-enabled applications and demonstrations utilizing Streamlit and APIs.

• Execute solutions that utilize AWS services effectively.

• Work in conjunction with BI, Architecture, and Security teams.

• Develop and implement automation solutions for the Quality Assurance department.

• Create and maintain thorough documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Colorado.

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• More than 3 years of experience delivering AI/ML and generative AI solutions in production settings.

• Strong proficiency in Java.

• Experience in building APIs and lightweight applications using frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask and Streamlit.

• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and LLM tooling/evaluation practices (e.g., LangChain/LlamaIndex).

• At least 3 years of experience with AWS.

• Experience with Snowflake, including Cortex and secure data access patterns.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing for AI-enabled applications.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
