This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

• Construct and sustain data pipelines, data models, and enterprise-level data assets.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into data-centric solutions and actionable insights.

• Enforce data governance, quality, security, and ethical AI practices.

• Enhance AI capabilities through predictive modeling, automation, and ongoing innovation.

• Propel Carrier’s AI and data transformation strategy forward.

• Assist high-profile, enterprise-wide initiatives that impact business performance and decision-making.

• Work alongside global cross-functional business and technology teams.

• Provide scalable digital solutions utilizing contemporary AI, machine learning, cloud, and data engineering technologies.

• Participate in strategic programs and initiatives related to enterprise data, analytics, and AI leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML, data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.

• Must hold U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency.

• Must be eligible to work anywhere in the United States.

• Practical experience in developing, validating, and deploying machine learning models in production settings.

• Experience in building scalable data pipelines in production environments.

• Proficiency in generative AI, MLOps, Azure AI/Data platforms, and enterprise-scale analytics solutions.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, or industrial business sectors.

• Experience in delivering AI products from inception to production deployment.

• Ability to craft complex queries and code using Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with modern cloud-based data platforms and data engineering tools.

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
