Senior AI Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Revolutionize business processes through automation platforms, MCP architectures, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven applications.

• Design, build, and deploy advanced automation solutions leveraging AI agents.

• Create complex end-to-end automations.

• Integrate various business systems.

• Develop scalable and resilient architectures.

• Deploy solutions in both cloud and on-premise environments.

• Design solutions based on large language models (LLMs).

• Implement AI agents.

• Create intelligent assistants and advanced workflows.

• Apply Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering techniques.

• Design and deploy Planner Agents, Executor Agents, Supervisor Agents, Reflection Loops, and multi-agent systems.

• Ensure scalability, security, and value generation for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing business automations using n8n and Make.

• Knowledge and experience with Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate.

• Proven ability to design complex end-to-end automations.

• Ability to integrate multiple business systems.

• Capacity to design scalable and resilient architectures.

• Experience in deploying solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.

• Practical experience with at least one of the following technologies: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot.

• Capability to design solutions based on LLMs.

• Ability to implement AI agents.

• Capacity to create intelligent assistants and advanced workflows.

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.

• Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), MCP Servers, Tool Calling, Function Calling, RAG, contextual memory, agent orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

• Experience with one or more frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

• Experience in designing and deploying Planner Agents, Executor Agents, Supervisor Agents, Reflection Loops, and Multi-Agent Systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, REST APIs, JSON, Docker, and Git.

• Experience in cloud service integration.
