Senior AI-Assisted Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Designing contemporary web solutions.

• Assuming responsibility for features from conception to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing, launching, and maintaining production-quality web applications.

• Extensive, hands-on experience in creating robust and scalable backend applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

• Strong expertise in utilizing React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript to develop high-performance, responsive user interfaces.

• Solid foundation in software engineering principles, including clean coding practices, relational database design, API architecture, and a rigorous testing approach (using RSpec, Minitest, or similar frameworks).

• Frequent user of contemporary AI-assisted development tools (such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Keen insight into where AI can genuinely enhance productivity and where it may not.

• Capability to take responsibility for features from design through to production, effectively collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in fast-paced environments.

• Proficient in English (C1–C2) to engage in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and collaborate with international stakeholders.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
