This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Define and advocate for a clear product vision that links data and analytics to measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Lead the prioritization of customer and clinical insights that enhance care plans, next best actions, and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities and actualize them.
• Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with user needs, delivers business value, and supports long-term scalability.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by converting real-world needs into precise, actionable product direction.
• Deliver incremental value by guiding Agile teams to build, test, and launch solutions that users trust and embrace.
• Own and refine product backlogs, ensuring that features and stories clearly convey expected outcomes and success criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to synchronize data, analytics, and technical capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Measure product performance and foster continuous improvement based on insights, feedback, and outcomes.
• Promote a robust product mindset across teams, emphasizing value, usability, and ongoing enhancement.
• Facilitate adoption through effective communication, training, and engagement with stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile environments as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to define product vision, prioritize tasks, and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience in translating business needs into product roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
• Capability to assess opportunities based on expected value, impact, and cost.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in measuring product success and utilizing insights to promote continuous improvement.
