Senior AGI32 Designer – Lighting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Lighting Design Manager.

• Provide support to the sales division by offering lighting design and technical assistance to the sales team.

• Function as a dotted-line member of a customer account team alongside a customer account executive.

• Oversee and deliver lighting design and technical support for client projects and opportunities.

• Manage the design of new opportunities, including technical requirements, deadlines, milestones, and adherence to regulations and contracts.

• Review client briefs and accurately document them in internal systems.

• Create design concepts and submissions for prospective clients and opportunities.

• Implement lighting designs in line with Design & Construct specifications, company protocols, and client deadlines.

• Collaborate with and manage junior designers and contractor teams.

• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities among team members.

• Assist in selecting suitable lighting fixtures.

• Offer guidance and support throughout the design process.

• Conduct detailed reviews and approve final designs.

• Facilitate the review and processing of design changes initiated by clients.

• Oversee peer reviews and address inquiries or issues promptly.

• Support the design, development, and testing of new and existing products.

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal team members and clients regarding design inquiries, quotes, and technical matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Agi32 is required.

• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD is expected.

• Familiarity with Revit is an advantage.

• Advanced knowledge of Office 365 is necessary.

• Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce/CRM is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of standards AS1680.0 to AS1680.5.

• Comprehensive understanding of standard AS1158.3.1.

• Comprehensive understanding of standard AS4282.

• Comprehensive understanding of Green Star V1 and V1.3.

• Willingness to assist and support colleagues as needed and maintain good relationships with team members.

• Ability to effectively achieve objectives within the stipulated timeframe.

• Capability to carry out administrative duties within the portfolio efficiently and punctually.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
