Senior Agentic AI Specialist – Integrations, Security and Continuous Evolution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously enhance the specialized agents on the AIDA platform.

• Design and sustain reusable skills that are integrated with corporate data sources.

• Execute Grounding and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanisms.

• Set up confidence thresholds and abstention mechanisms.

• Conduct structural validations utilizing JSON Schema.

• Establish security measures for LLMs, including safeguards against prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, input/output guardrails, and least privilege principles.

• Assist in regression testing using Golden Datasets.

• Oversee model drift monitoring.

• Perform adversarial testing (Red Teaming).

• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead on the technical advancement of the solution and corporate integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with LLMs in a production environment.

• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures.

• Proficient in advanced Python.

• Experience in API development.

• Ability to integrate with corporate systems.

• Knowledge of RAG, Grounding, Function Calling, and Agent Orchestration.

• Understanding of prompt injection, jailbreak, data poisoning, and JSON Schema.

• Experience in integrating LLMs with ITSM, CMDB, observability tools, and knowledge bases.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel is advantageous.

• Experience applying observability to AI and ITSM/ITIL is a plus.

• A consultative, investigative, and quality-focused profile, emphasizing security, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to work autonomously, think systemically, and operate in high-criticality corporate environments.
