Senior Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly front-end interfaces as well as backend services equipped with AI functionalities.

• Create and oversee RESTful APIs while integrating AI services like LLMs, embeddings, and document parsing tools.

• Extract, transform, and analyze extensive datasets to improve product features and enhance user experience.

• Implement highly optimized machine learning pipelines utilizing quantized models suitable for legacy hardware.

• Maintain high code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and debugging processes.

• Proactively address technical challenges and participate in all stages of the development lifecycle.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and integrate them into our operations when advantageous.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive software development experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in developing AI/NLP solutions using LLMs.

• A minimum of 3 years of development expertise in Python (or similar), with proficiency in handling CSV/JSON/XML input formats.

• More than 2 years of experience in cloud-hosted environments.

• Experience with GCP cloud is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-based LLM services such as Google Vertex AI and Azure OpenAI.

• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs.

• Knowledge of implementing Agent Skills is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience in data processing, analysis, and constructing data pipelines.

• Strong understanding of rule-based processing and data-driven content generation.

• Experience with lightweight local development for AI proof-of-concepts.

• Prior involvement in e-commerce, retail, or marketing content generation.

• Experience with LangGraph and LangSmith.

• Familiarity with databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
